''Nirvana" is an exclusive, solar powered, beach front villa. It sits on 10 acres and is surrounded by the Biosphere Reserve of Rio Lagartos, a UNESCO site. The reserve is home to over 395 bird species and the beach is a zone for nesting marine turtles. The four-bedroom villa is in one of the few settings in the world where you can see both the sun rise and set over the water. ''Nirvana" is an exclusive, solar powered, beach front villa on the northern tip of Yucatan, Mexico. It sits on 10 acres and is surrounded by the 150,000-acre Biosphere Reserve of R?o Lagartos, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The reserve is home to over 395 bird species with the Flamingo as its most famous guest and the beach is a protective zone for nesting marine turtles. The four-bedroom villa is located in one of the few settings in the world where you can see both the sun rise and set over the water where the Caribbean and Gulf waters converge. Imagine waking up to the sound of birds, swimming in the aqua sea, and relaxing on the rooftop decks. It is simply nirvana. Nirvana has about 3,800 square feet of livable space. The building consists of four, private king suites and Nirvana Main. The main building houses a stainless-steel chef's kitchen which is open to the dining area. It is also equipped with a Sonos Sound System for the ability to play music throughout the space. All rooms are oceanfront and feature traditional Yucatan shuttered windows to capture the refreshing, gentle breezes. There are two separate bungalows and two suites that are located on top of Nirvana Main. The bungalows are set to the East and West of Nirvana Main. They each include a king size bed, bathroom with open-air rain shower/tub, and a wrap around terrace. A private roof deck with a large cushioned bed affords magnificent views, relaxing sun bathing and spectacular stargazing. Both bungalows are connected by elevated walkways above the jungle of untouched flora. The two cozy rooftop rooms above Nirvana Main are both fitted with a king size bed and shower/tub. An extended terrace offers mesmerizing views of the sea and incredible flora. Each has a plush lounge bed that provides a fabulous setting for relaxing, tanning, and stargazing, or a morning stretch. On the beach in front of Nirvana are two palapas. There is a large palapa behind Nirvana Main that is a perfect space to practice yoga, dance, or be creative. There are plenty of activities like kite boarding, world-class fly fishing, kayaking, and biking around Nirvana. Yucatan is rich in culture and history with amazing places to see including Ek Balam, Chichen Itza, the colorful towns of Valladolid, Izamal, Merida and the surrounding Pueblitos. A visit to the Haciendas, Cenotes and nearby salt collection ponds are a sample of its attractions. The Mexican corporation Nirvana Blue LLC is being sold with the property as it is the owner of the property. The land and the structures are the only assets of Nirvana Blue LLC.
